Acer Aspire 5738 & 5738G notebook PCs are structured on Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz Processor T6400 featuring 2-MB L2 cache and 800 MHz FSB and based on Intel GM45 Express chipset motherboard. The set features host of facilities including 8X DVD writer, webcam, Bluetooth, Dolby 5.1 stereo speakers and microphone with provision of easy VoIP conferencing and video IM chats.

Display is 15.6 inches WXGA TFT LED backlit Wide HD of Acer’s crystalBrite Technology having screen 1366 x 768 pixel resolution in 16:9 aspect ratio for simultaneous multi-window viewing. These models are made for home segment use when there is a need for multitasking. Cover is sapphire blue and glossy giving it a neat look. Acer Aspire 5738G is different for its 4 GB RAM and Blu-ray Drive whereas 5738 has 3GB RAM.
